Springwell School joins ACoRNS

ACoRNS is delighted to announce that Springwell School has joined the partnership. Springwell School – based in Thornhill, Southampton – is a primary school for children aged 4 – 11 years with complex learning difficulties. Springwell also has a resourced provision at Mason Moor primary school in Millbrook.  Kate Buckingham, the school’s Assistant Head Teacher, is representing Springwell within ACoRNS. Kate is the Lead Specialist for SEND, Autism, Shared Attention for the Southampton Inclusion Partnership (SIP) and Southampton Advisory Outreach Service (SAOS). Kate is really pleased to be joining ACoRNS and says:

“The ACoRNS project presents an opportunity to be at the forefront of current research and good practice in order to offer the very best outcomes to our pupils. It also allows us to share our good practice with the wider community to ensure collaborative working across a range of settings”.

We warmly welcome Kate and the Springwell community and very much looking forward to working with you!
